Absolutely terrible. I told them the issue i already got diagnosed from ford and they told me they needed to do their own diagnostic..then they quoted me 10,000 with a down payment of 2500 for an electrical issue that i fixed myself the next week for 100.00. They will overcharge and rob you.

Got me in and out quick and under the cost I was quoted. That's a win win in my book. Just wish they was open over the weekend so I could get some o t her stuff done with my schedule and such. Overall smooth transaction.

4 days to perform a GM TCM RE program, that was done less than 10 months ago. In addition, was charged in full again....(GM programming has a 2yr warranty) & Stephens has a "12 month" labor warranty. I was billed for labor both times. When asked why he was the only facility in Ga that charges for reprogramming, I was told he couldn't find the VIN in the system, he then threw up his arms and went into the building very dismissively. The vehicle Drives completely different than after the last program, as if the service was not even performed last time...(possibly why it could not be found in the system) DO NOT recommend, and will not be back
